CORDYCEPS MIXED WITH NATURAL HONEY

Soak cordyceps in honey since cordyceps sinensis is very effective with high value of adenosine and cordycepin elements. It’s popular to soak a few grams in natural honey.

Our Recipe:

We need 0.5 L honey and 2–3 grams of wild cordyceps (it’s good to use even broken ones or C–D grades because of their reasonable price).

Step 1:
Rinse the cordyceps, dry it, and put it into a glass jar.

Step 2:
Pour the honey into the jar and close it.

Step 3:
Keep it in a cool, dry place for 1 week.

After 7 days, it is ready to use. Consume 1–2 tablespoons of soaked cordyceps honey per day.
